In case the lesson is not delivered, the customer can ask for a full refund in the event that BongoHive was not able to deliver the classes.
If BongoHive was not able to deliver either one or more of your lessons, the fees will no longer be refundable.
BongoHive can accept or reject any claim for refund based on the particular case.
BongoHive can also accept to provide a partial refund after deducting the necessary service charges/fees.
Refund or cancellation requests will only be accepted within 30 days of complete payment.
