Happy New Week!

Boost with Facebook is back! Almost 2 years ago, we took the Boost with Facebook programme to Solwezi, Chipata, Kitwe and Lusaka to teach SMEs how to use digital platforms to grow their businesses. This year, we will be hosting Boost With Facebook online sessions to teach you about using a variety of social media platforms to find customers and grow your business. Register here to receive updates on how to join our weekly online sessions delivered by Facebook in conjunction with BongoHive.

Last week Friday, we held a virtual Demo Day for the Standard Chartered Women in Technology incubation programme. After 12 weeks of incubation, the 10 participating businesses finally presented their pitches to a panel of judges on how they will use technology to grow their businesses. Join us tomorrow at 9 AM for a live virtual Awards Ceremony where we will award the top 5 businesses with seed funding of USD 10,000 each. This event will be streamed live on our Facebook page.

We released the 10th and final episode of the BongoHive podcast (Season 2) 2 weeks ago. In this season, we were exploring the entrepreneurial journeys of startups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses and heard insights from trainers and experts in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. We hope that you found the podcast insightful and you took away some valuable lessons with you. If you missed any of the episodes or you would like to listen to any of the episodes of the podcast again, follow this link and listen to the podcast on your preferred podcast platform.
