Happy New Week!

On Tuesday last week, we closed off the first cohort of the SC Women in Tech programme. During the event, we awarded the top 5 businesses with a seed funding of USD 10,000 each. The 10 participating businesses, the mentors as well as the staff from BongoHive and Standard Chartered Bank Zambia, also shared their experiences being part of the programme. We are honoured to be part of this initiative to increase diversity in entrepreneurship and technology. Applications for the next cohort will be announced soon- do not miss out on the opportunity by reading our newsletter and keeping an eye on our social media platforms.

In our efforts to further support the startup ecosystem and help small businesses to grow, we have been sharing stories about some of the startups that have participated in our entrepreneurship programmes and are making impactful strides. Visit our website to learn more about the innovative solutions that startups are building and our role in helping them grow through our 'Startup Spotlight' articles.

Have a great week, and stay safe.
