Happy New Week!

We are making our big move THIS FRIDAY! We will be relocating from our current location in Mass Media to Number 19, Katima Mulilo Road in Olympia Park, Lusaka.
We’ll be happy to receive you on Monday, 4th October when we open our new offices. For now, you can still visit us at our office in Mass Media, which will be open until Thursday, 30th September. To book a coworking space, visit our website, give us a call, or drop in!

We are 2 months into the BongoHive Fintech Challenge. We’re currently conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions that are aimed at supporting the fintech startups to further develop and validate their solutions. So far, we have conducted coaching sessions on how to develop inclusive insurance products for women and a session on regulation and compliance. This week, we’ll host speed dating sessions between the fintech startups and insurance companies to allow the teams to learn more about one another and explore potential collaborations to build and scale inclusive insurance products.

Last Thursday, we conducted a Future Challenges workshop for the co-creation and innovation initiative in partnership with Demola Global and Accelerated Growth for SMEs (AGS). We will be hosting a second session this Thursday, 30th September. The aim of the workshops is to find out what growth-oriented MSMEs and corporations in Zambia and Finland envision as future trends in different industries. Following the workshops, we are inviting university/college students in any field to participate in this co-creating initiative to create solutions for global future challenges. To participate, create your profile here.

Have a great week, and stay safe.
