We hope you had an enjoyable holiday season and are ready to conquer the year. Being our first week back in the office, we are brainstorming, planning and goal setting for how we would like to use our hive of great minds to build viable solutions that will change the world in 2022. That said, this week’s update is short and sweet.

We are still accepting applications for SC Women in Tech programme. Applications close this Sunday 16th January, so if you are yet to apply, or have an incomplete application, this is for you. MTN MoMo Hackathon begins today
Following last year’s call for applications for the MTN MoMo Hackathon, 14 teams begin their two-week hackathon journey today, kicking off today with Sprint Week! The teams are from diverse sectors - finance, retail, education, philanthropy, gaming, transport and agriculture. We wish all the participating teams the best of luck as they build their innovative products with MTN MoMo, and battle it out for the grand prizes.

Mark your calendars: Boost with Facebook sessions resume next week, with the first session being held virtually on Wednesday 19th January.
