Eve Banda Nkumbula 

Eve Banda Nkumbula is the Head of Human Capital (Zambia) for the Standard Bank Group. She has deep operational expertise in Human Resource Strategy, Organisational Transformation and Talent Acquisition practiced in 4 markets – Zambia, Malawi, Kenya and Nigeria. Eve is also an entrepreneur and a certified executive coach. She will share insights on leadership in the work place.

Frances Fraser 

Fran is the Regional Director for a multi-national NGO focused on alleviating poverty through financial inclusion. She focuses on creating solutions to addressing poverty and is passionate about Africa and African leadership. Fran is the youngest Head of Toastmasters in Southern Africa history and has learnt immeasurable life lessons through serving its members in Southern Africa.
