Background

We are calling upon women in technology across Africa looking to grow their mentorship skills and Innovation Support Organisations committed to bridging the gender gap in the African ecosystem to apply for the FIT4Mentorship Programme.

The FIT4Mentorship Programme invites women in tech across Africa to apply for an opportunity to build their mentorship and leadership skills in the African tech ecosystem.

Innovation Support Organisations stand to receive expert coaching to enhance their capacity to support female tech mentors across various sectors.

The programme aims to drive meaningful change in the industry through mentorship, networking opportunities and capacity building by attaching female mentors to selected Innovation Support Organisations (ISOs).

This program is brought to you by BongoHive, Zanga Metrics and SPARK. SPARK is a project implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
