BongoHive is inviting experienced consultants, facilitators, coaches, and specialist firms to support the IGNITE Digital Economy Incubator and Accelerator Programme by delivering expert-led masterclasses and group coaching to high-potential digital startups.
Funded by the European Union and implemented by BongoHive in partnership with Self Help Africa, the 12-month programme is designed to accelerate the growth of Zambia’s most promising digital entrepreneurs through technical support, business development, mentorship, and access to funding and investment opportunities.
About the Opportunity
As part of the programme’s Business Growth and Innovation Phase, BongoHive is seeking practitioners with hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, investment, business growth, and startup development to deliver specialised curriculum sessions or provide bi-weekly group coaching to participating founders.

Curriculum Facilitators
Facilitators will design and deliver interactive masterclasses covering topics such as:
- Building a Team for Scale
- Business Model Mapping
- Revenue Models & Unit Economics
- Market Sizing
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Financial Projections & Modelling
- Planning Your Raise
- Startup Valuation & Cap Table Management
- Exit Strategies
- Governance & Compliance
Sessions will combine practical tools, founder assignments, case studies, pitch-back presentations, and startup-specific feedback.
Group Coaching Facilitators
BongoHive is also seeking experienced coaches to provide bi-weekly coaching to cohorts of participating startups. Coaches will guide founders as they implement programme learning, overcome business challenges, remain accountable to milestones, and make evidence-based decisions throughout the incubation journey.
Who Should Apply?

Experience working with early-stage or growth-stage startups is essential. Knowledge of sustainability, circular economy principles, ESG, or impact-driven enterprises will be an added advantage.
What You’ll Do
Successful applicants will:
- Develop practical, founder-focused learning materials.
- Deliver engaging masterclasses or coaching sessions.
- Provide actionable feedback tailored to startup needs.
- Support founders in completing practical business outputs.
- Submit session reports and programme deliverables.
- Work closely with the BongoHive programme team to ensure high-quality delivery.
All programme logistics for in-person sessions will be coordinated by BongoHive.

- Summary of relevant practitioner experience
- Proposed facilitation or coaching approach
- At least two references for similar assignments
- Detailed financial quotation
- Confirmation of availability
- Conflict of Interest Declaration
